The B+E Driving Test

On the day of the test

On arrival at the Test Centre, you meet the examiner and produce
the relevant documentation.

You will then be expected to answer upto 5 questions on the Rig and Trailer.
Then the practical test starts:

The Reverse Manoeuvre (at test centre).
The "Test Route", driven around your test route
A Controlled Angled Start From The Curb
Back the at test centre, "Un-couple" and "Re-couple".
Test finished!
This format can be changed at the examiners discretion

The test takes approximately 1hr 15 mins

Cost of the B+E Test

Conformation of your readyness to take the test will be given by
your instructor on the training day.

Trailer Hire during the test

We can provide a trailer for hire, if you can not provide your own on the day of the test, although the instructor must accompany the trailer on the test due to insurance and security regulations.
